Commercial ManagerPFi Commercial ManagerWe are looking for an accomplished PFI Commercial Manager to join our clients team in the North West.Working closely with the Commercial team on a major project, this role offers a fantastic opportunity to contribute to high-value operationsSummary:

• PFI Commercial Manager
• Salary up to £75,000 plus Bonus and competitive benefits package
• Hybrid working with a minimum of 2 days per week on-site
• Location: North West

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage commercial aspects of a PFI project
• Lead and manage PFI Lifecycle ad variations in project scope, ensuring smooth and effective processes.
• Provide strategic commercial input to maximize project value.
• Ensure compliance with contract terms and negotiate amendments where necessary.
• Collaborate with the wider project team, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and delivery of objectives.

Key Requirements:

• Strong experience with PFI is essential.
• Healthcare sector experience is desirable but not mandatory.
• A proven track record in managing variations and change control.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
• Strong financial acumen and attention to detail.
