<div class="isg-job-description“>One of Milwaukee’s premier Commercial Real Estate/Property Management companies is adding a Property Manager to their team. This person will be managing commercial properties in the greater Milwaukee area. 
Responsibilities include:

• Manage all aspects of assigned properties.
• Maintain a positive and productive relationship with tenants and vendors.
• Lead tenant and capital improvement projects.
• Inspect and arrange maintenance to meet company standards.
• Advertise and market vacant spaces to attract tenants.
• Collect receivable accounts and handle operating expenses.
• Develop and manage annual budgets for forecasting requirements and analyzing variances, data and trends.
• Accomplish financial goals and report periodically on financial performance.

Previous commercial property management experience is required, along with fully understanding the financial aspects of property management and in-depth knowledge compliance standards. Experience with mechanical systems and building structure knowledge.
Strong client focused mindset, interpersonal savvy with exceptional communication and presentation skills. 4+ years’ commercial property management experience, bachelor’s degree is preferred.
