Our professional services client is looking for an In-house Legal Counsel / Commercial Lawyer to join their highly regarded legal team.This is a varied role involving drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts and agreements. You will also be advising and assisting the business on a wide range of other legal matters.Based in London this company has a hybrid working policy preferring employees to be in 2-3 days in the office per week.The ideal candidate:

• A strong grounding in drafting and negotiating commercial agreements including MSAs, NDAs, framework agreements and other complex commercial contract
• Familiarity with data protection law (UK GDPR)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate legal issues in a business-friendly way and influence key stakeholders
• Able to effectively manage competing priorities and stakeholder expectation
• A UK qualified solicitor with strong academics ranging from new;y qualified to 2 years PQE
