What You’ll Do
As a Commodity Buyer, you will play a key role in supporting sourcing strategies and supplier relationships across our operations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Execute regional and global sourcing strategies to meet cost, quality, and delivery goals
- Drive cost-reduction initiatives through negotiation, sourcing strategies, and process improvements
- Manage sourcing activities, including financial, market, and spend analysis
- Support supplier negotiations and contract administration in partnership with the Commodity Manager
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product launches and cost initiatives
- Identify and mitigate supply chain and commodity risks
- Support supplier development initiatives and maintain strong supplier relationships
- Analyze data and trends to support strategic decision-making
What You Bring
We are looking for a motivated professional who thrives on results, problem-solving, and collaboration.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- 1–5 years of manufacturing experience, including sourcing or procurement experience preferred
- Experience supporting cost-reduction or sourcing initiatives preferred
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify opportunities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and with suppliers
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems such as SAP

- Travel: Approximately 30% regional travel
