and 7 days per week. The postholder is therefore expected to work shifts within these hours.This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated Mental Health Nurse to gain experience in this developing area of mental health.Role: As part of a multidisciplinary team the post holder will have responsibility to ensure the delivery of high quality care to patients by the assessment of care needs, the development of programmes of care, the implementation and the evaluation of these programmes.In the absence of the Senior Charge Nurse / Team Manager the post holder may be required to provide cover to ensure effective operation of the clinical area.This post requires the post holder to have a PVG Scheme membership/ record. However, as not all service areas will be able to adopt the 37 hour working week immediately from 1 April 2024, you may be required to work up to an additional 30 minutes per week for a temporary period for which you would be paid until the service you are working in changes rosters or working patterns to accommodate the new reduced working week.
