120k-170k base + bonus + 401k contributions

Key Responsibilities:

Accounts Payable Management:

• Oversee and manage firm books using QuickBooks.

• Process vendor invoices, set up wire payments, and manage investment research contracts.

• Reconcile banks and accounts, ensuring accuracy of journal entries and monthly reconciliations.

• Integrate data from expense systems into the accounting system for seamless reporting.

Investment & Operations Support:

• Collaborate with COO/CCO to monitor portfolio holdings, thresholds, and filings.

• Review portfolio corporate actions, including mergers, acquisitions, and restructurings.

• Maintain logs for expert networks, political contributions, private investments, and consultant calls.

• Reconcile stock trading records for personal trading and support due diligence efforts (e.g., NDAs, alternative data providers).

Ad Hoc Projects:

• Assist senior management in executing special projects and conducting various analytical processes.

  Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

• Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks.

• Detail-oriented individual with strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

• Proficient in managing operational and financial compliance tasks.

• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
