Compensation Administrator

The Group uses a divisional management and operating structure across its companies: each division has an empowered management team, which is responsible for maintaining momentum and growth in its respective markets. On 14th May 2024, it was announced that Flutter would be moving its primary listing from the UK to the US, and its global operational headquarters from Dublin to New York (effective 31st May 2024).
As a Compensation Administrator at Flutter, you will play a crucial role in our Group Reward team. This team is responsible for managing reward programs that operate cross-divisionally across our organization. You will have the exciting opportunity to assist in the design and implementation of compelling and competitive compensation, benefits, mobility, and total reward solutions. Your contributions will directly impact our Divisions, Brands, and most importantly, our people.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and coordinating team events, meetings, and projects, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
- Oversee project timelines and goals, promoting effective communication among team members and ensuring successful adherence to deadlines.
- Provide valuable support to the team by conducting analysis and performing various administrative tasks.
- Complete administrative forms and processes such as deal sheets and Data Protection forms, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Contribute to budget tracking for the team, including setting up purchase orders and processing invoices.
- Create and maintain team sharing tools like SharePoint sites, team Inbox, and Slack channels, enhancing communication and knowledge sharing.
- Use our HR system, Workday, to generate reports and ensure the accuracy of job architecture data.
- Support salary surveys submissions and assist in the creation of salary ranges, ensuring market competitiveness.
- Efficiently manage the team inbox, triaging emails, and providing prompt responses.
- Collaborate with other team members within the Group Compensation Team to assist with ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed.
Skills, Experience & Capabilities
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with a keen attention to detail that ensures flawless execution.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office software, enabling efficient and effective work.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, allowing for clear and concise interactions.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with team members, fostering a culture of inclusion and collaboration.
- Agile and adaptable with a can-do attitude, embracing challenges and driving continuous improvement.
- Prior administrative support experience is preferred, but no previous reward experience or knowledge is required. Experience working within an HR team or team-oriented environment is beneficial.
