Construction Estimator

Compensation: $75,000- $100,000 DOE/Base, Benefits, Bonus, and Growth opportunities!

We are seeking a Construction Estimator to join our dynamic team. This individual will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, competitiveness, and strategic value of project estimates. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and confident, working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed, accurate cost estimates across all phases of project design.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, subcontractors, and suppliers to develop clear and competitive bids.
• Review plans, drawings, and specifications to identify scope, cost efficiencies, and constructability solutions.
• Lead and manage the preconstruction estimating process for multiple concurrent projects.
• Evaluate subcontractor and supplier proposals to ensure accuracy and alignment with project requirements.
• Present project budgets clearly and effectively to clients, design teams, and internal stakeholders.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of estimating systems, processes, and cost databases.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent field experience (preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of modular construction experience and 4+ years of estimating experience.
• Proven experience with CM/GC, Design-Build, and complex competitive bid projects.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines with a high degree of accuracy.
