Job Description:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for facility improvement projects, representing department capabilities.
• Lead and manage renovation, expansion, and equipment installation projects from concept to completion.
• Develop detailed project plans, manage budgets and schedules, and coordinate with contractors and vendors.
• Analyze facility specifications, regulatory requirements, and construction feasibility for informed decision-making.
• Collaborate with architecture and engineering firms on design criteria and layout development.
• Prepare bid documents and construction contracts in compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Conduct routine safety inspections and enforce safety protocols; ensure proper training for personnel.
• Partner with the Construction Engineering team to inspect construction progress and verify adherence to plans and timelines.
• Represent the Facilities team across the organization and build strong cross-functional relationships.

Required Skills:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Construction Project Management.
• At least 2 years of experience with AutoCAD.
• 4 years of experience using Microsoft Project.
• Experience managing projects over $500,000 in scope.
• Proficient in reading blueprints and using digital measuring devices.
• Familiarity with ICD-705 compliance requirements.
• 4 years of hands-on construction experience (preferred).
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
