Staffmark is seeking a Construction Site Logistics Specialist to join a Fortune 500 logistics leader supporting a multi-year project in Richland Parish. As the first point of contact in the Welcome Center, you’ll be the go-to resource for drivers and partners – ensuring smooth traffic flow, efficient communication, and accurate documentation. Hours & Pay

Schedule: Rotating 12-hour shifts, four days on and three days off (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM; work every other Sunday)

Pay Rate: $18.85 per hour

What You’ll Do

• Serve as the professional face of the logistics operation, greeting and assisting drivers and customers at the gate
• Manage truck check-ins and traffic flow for inbound and outbound shipments
• Enter appointments and data into Excel spreadsheets and proprietary systems
• Communicate effectively via email and phone to resolve logistics or scheduling issues
• Maintain accurate documentation and summarize daily data reports
• Work closely with both the customer and logistics teams to support ongoing operations
• Adhere to all site safety requirements and PPE standards (jeans, boots, safety gear provided)
• Display adaptability and professionalism in a dynamic, team-oriented environment

What You’ll Need

• 2 years of experience in logistics, transportation management, or business administration preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills – a “Chick-fil-A” level approach to issue resolution
• Proficiency in Excel, data entry, and general computer applications
• Ability to sit and stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Dependability, adaptability, and a strong attention to detail
