Construction Technicians in Indian Head, Maryland

Job Description

My client in Indian Head, Maryland is seeking four (4) construction technicians to join their growing team supporting the Navy. Their day to day responsibilities will include 60% onsite work and 40% office work – working closely with the general contractors onsite to maintain what is on the construction documents is actually being built and documented accordingly.

Skills and Requirements

• 5+ years experience as a project manager/construction manager/construction foreman over new-build construction projects

• Ability to obtain Deptartment of Defense Secret security clearance – federal or mission critical project experience

• Bachelor’s Degree

• PmP certification or other relevant certs. (QCM, etc.) null
