Consultancy service for Identifying workable country level operating models to support DRC’s vision for localization

In light of DRC’s localisation vision for 2030, we are seeking consultancy services to help develop tailored organizational structures and workflows that empower our country offices to engage effectively and equitably with local actors. At the same time, DRC must be able to implement directly when it adds value, as well as pivot between emergency programming, longer-term programming and back again. Through this consultancy, we aim to document knowledge and experiences that will create a basis for developing sustainable operating models aligning with DRC’s commitment to localization.
