Who we’re looking for

• We are seeking highly motivated and results-oriented Consultants to join our dynamic Consulting Team in Lisbon.
• As a consultant, you will play a supporting role in impactful transformation projects for our global and local clients.
• You will be at the forefront of developing and implementing transformation across various areas, including marketing and customer operating models, commerce, and loyalty.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct thorough analysis of complex business challenges, leveraging strategic thinking to develop robust diagnoses and actionable solutions.
• Collaborate effectively with project teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality deliverables that exceed client expectations.
• Establish trust-based relationships with clients and colleagues across the network, understanding their unique needs and providing insightful recommendations.
• Present information clearly and concisely, conveying insights and recommendations effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

What you’ll need

Qualifying for this role means that you must have:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in a reputable consulting firm, with a proven track record of delivering impactful projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis and trend identification.
• Exceptional organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Portuguese and English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel for data analysis and presentation.

Bonus points if you have:

• Expertise in one or more of the following areas: customer and marketing, commerce, loyalty, or consultancy support to technology projects.
• Proven ability to thrive in a diverse and inclusive environment.
• A commitment to continuous learning and development.
