We will count on you to:
- Participate in meetings and discussions with clients to understand their needs and problems
- Develop reports and recommendations with a moderate level of support
- Accurately perform analysis and draw conclusions from data in our area of focus (HR, compensation and benefits, HR policy, performance management, job architecture and workforce analytics)
- Balance schedules of multiple projects to meet deadlines
- Proactively seek opportunities to further develop your skills, which we will greatly assist you in doing!
What you need to have:
- At least 2 years of professional experience in an HR or consulting environment
- Excellent command of English
- Previous work experience dealing with clients
- Higher education to degree level or equivalent and full-time availability
- Proficiency in MS Office programs, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, capable of manipulating and presenting data accurately and efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy for both numerical and written work is essential for this role

- Knowledge of German, Spanish, Portuguese or French language
