We will count on you to:

• Participate in meetings and discussions with clients to understand their needs and problems
• Develop reports and recommendations with a moderate level of support
• Accurately perform analysis and draw conclusions from data in our area of focus (HR, compensation and benefits, HR policy, performance management, job architecture and workforce analytics)
• Balance schedules of multiple projects to meet deadlines
• Proactively seek opportunities to further develop your skills, which we will greatly assist you in doing!

What you need to have:

• At least 2 years of professional experience in an HR or consulting environment
• Excellent command of English
• Previous work experience dealing with clients
• Higher education to degree level or equivalent and full-time availability
• Proficiency in MS Office programs, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, capable of manipulating and presenting data accurately and efficiently
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy for both numerical and written work is essential for this role
