CTG is seeking to fill a Consultant opening.

Location: Remote

Duration: 1 month

Summary

Delivers consulting services to clients to help them achieve solutions to business goals. Contributes to the sales process by identification of opportunities at existing clients. Manages small engagements. Works closely with the client engagement manager and client programming staff.

Responsibilities

• Work with clients through all stages of the client engagement process to help them define problems and issues and determine CTG’s ability to assist in providing solutions

• Complete assigned functions as stated in engagement proposals or statements of work

• Maintain satisfactory client relationships that encourages client retention and generation of new business

• Perform other responsibilities as assigned

Duties

• Gather, review, and summarize information needed to determine solutions for client problems; create possible solutions; and present recommendations to the client

• Develop problem solutions and gain client commitment to the plans

• Understand overall engagement goals and specific consultant objectives and communicate internally and to the client

• Submit internal and external status reports

• Maintain project plans and other tools to ensure engagement is on track

• Meet utilization goals

• Contribute to development of specialty collateral and training materials

• Participate in sales lead referral program

• Perform other duties as assigned to fulfill responsibilities

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred

• Minimum of three years of experience in a consulting practice or five years of experience in a technology, industry, or application with a focus on business/technology alignment

• Expertise in at least one service line

• Competency in consulting and engagement management process

• Competency in tools required for consulting services

• Competent negotiation skills

• Working knowledge of project management

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $75.00/hour to $100.00/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
