What we’re looking for 

Here’s our ‘wish list’ but don’t worry if you don’t tick all the boxes. We’re interested in your strengths, what you want to learn, and how far you want to go. 

• Relevant experience for the Consultant role is typically 1-3 years, while the Senior Consultant role requires 3-5 years.
• Consulting and financial services experience, with a focus on business case development, finance strategy, and an understanding of transformation roadmaps.
• Knowledge of finance compliance, regulation awareness, and the ability to assess operational risks.
• Analytical skills with the capability to interpret complex data and provide strategic insights.
• Interest in digital strategy and its application within the finance industry is an advantage.
