The opportunity

At EY, we’re seeking top-tier professionals to join our team as Consultants/Senior Consultants in our Manufacturing practice. In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to shape the future of operational performance by supporting our clients in implementing world-class operational excellence programs and delivering transformative results.

Your key responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to deeply understand their operational challenges and strategic goals
• Contribute to the design and implementation of highly impactful operational excellence programs
• Conduct rigorous data analysis and comprehensive process assessments to identify untapped potential and improvement opportunities
• Develop and execute on-site solutions, tailored training programs, and high-impact workshops to drive operational transformations
• Provide expert coaching and guidance to frontline and production managers, empowering them to become champions of operational excellence
• Engage with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to facilitate change management and ensure sustainable implementation of operational improvements
• Monitor project progress and navigate complex multi-site global engagements to deliver timely and exceptional results

Skills and attributes for success

• Previous experience in a leading management consulting firm or in one of the following areas of manufacturing: Operational Excellence / P&G IWS / Production Management / Digital Operations
• Proven expertise in operational improvement methodologies and tools, including Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, TPM, and others
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with the ability to synthesize complex data into meaningful insights
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to engage with clients, frontline managers, and senior executives with impact and influence
• Exceptional leadership abilities, with a track record of successfully coaching and mentoring teams to drive exceptional performance
• Willingness to travel extensively (+80%) for global client engagements
• Fluency in English is required; fluency in French and German is a plus
