EY Consulting is made up of three sub-service lines: Business Consulting (including Performance Improvement and Risk Consulting), Technology Consulting and People Advisory Services. Business Consulting works with clients to reimagine or transform their business purpose and model; create growth; manage cost and efficiency; respond to market pressures and regulation; and resolve operational challenges. The scope of this team encompasses innovation, strategy and purpose, through deep functional experience in business transformation, finance, supply chain and operations, providing support for the complex and large-scale program and portfolio management.
The opportunity :
We are currently looking to strengthen our Business Consulting team with a highly motivated senior consultant focusing on building teams and leveraging market opportunities. The ambition of our consulting services is to make a difference by innovating, developing and improving the core services of the public and private sectors in Tunisia and the French Speaking Sub-Saharan African region.
As a member of the Business Consulting team you will join a talented group eager to expand. EY is currently active in several areas such as Operating model transformations, Customer & Growth and supply chain & Operations projects, emerging technologies and AI roadmaps implementations, Public sector organizations transformations. Engagements range in size and scope, and often include advice on critical issues and large transformation.
Your key responsibilities :
As one of our transformation professionals, you will help organizations to continuously achieve and sustain performance in a rapidly changing environment. Your main responsibility will be to further develop and drive Business consulting practice by managing existing and identifying new clients and engagements. You can expect to work with senior decision makers to analyze, evaluate, and enhance clients’ organizations. Your main responsibilities include:
