Consultant: Senior Writer to Develop GPE’s Case for Investment for the 5th Replenishment

The Global Partnership for Education (GPE) is the only multilateral partnership and global fund solely dedicated to transforming education in low- and middle-income countries. GPE works to ensure every child receives a quality education, with a focus on the poorest, most vulnerable, and those living in countries affected by fragility or conflict. Through its 5th Replenishment, GPE seeks to mobilize significant resources to achieve its vision of delivering quality education for every child.

To support this effort, GPE is seeking a seasoned and highly skilled writer to craft the Case for Investment (CFI), a flagship document that will articulate the strategic, economic, and moral imperative for investing in GPE. This document will play a central role in galvanizing donor and partner support during the replenishment period.

This consultancy is expected to require approximately 60 working days between January and June 2025. The consultant will report to GPE’s Head of Communications and Advocacy.
