Managing business transformation
In the Implementations and Projects team, we take care of change management and development projects in Danske Bank’s Business Customers area across the Nordics. We act as the link between the business and the Tribes and represent the business in risk area’s projects with the goal of reducing risks and halting issues in the projects.
We are now looking for two Consultants to join us in Helsinki, Finland. One of the consultants will act as a project manager in risk-related projects, and the other will manage implementations of digital banking solutions or in business transformation. In either role, you will represent the local business and engage with many stakeholders to succeed with the projects or implementations.
Your responsibilities include:
- Implementing execution plans from start to finish including project governance structures.
- Solving problems and generating ideas with the project teams.
- Analysing data and gathering information from the business.
- Building partnerships with different stakeholders to ensure effective and timely deliveries.
- Reporting projects’ or implementations’ status to the relevant stakeholders and senior management.
You will work at our office in Pasila, where you will meet your local colleagues several days in a week. You will report on your work to a Functional Team Leader based in Denmark.
Team player with project or change management experience
We are looking for consultants with a few years of project experience and the skill set to deliver results through leadership, collaboration and communication. In this job, teamwork is very important, so we are looking for a good collaborator, who is also comfortable with taking responsibility and direct their own work. A structured problem-solving approach, an analytical mind-set and enthusiastic “can-do” attitude are also features that we look for in a colleague.
There can be many relevant backgrounds for the role, but we expect you to have:
- Job experience in project or change management.
- Knowledge or interest in how to run a banking business in the business customer segment.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work under uncertainty in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in English and in Finnish or other Scandinavian language.
