Assess the maturity of the organization’s data and AI foundation. Create the business case and roadmap to deliver on the data and AI strategy. Infuse Responsible AI into the vision and roadmap. Identify and operationalize AI solutions through collaboration with various stakeholders. HERE’S WHAT YOU WILL NEED: Expert proficiency in Master Data Management. A minimum of 5 years of experience in relevant related skills. Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field of studies. BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE: Expert proficiency in Business Process Analysis Tools. Expert proficiency in Business Model Strategy. Expert proficiency in Business Process Design. Expert proficiency in Requirements Analysis. Expert proficiency in Business Process Analysis Tools.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s / master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or related fields;
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital consulting, data analytics, or related roles, preferably in the healthcare or consumer goods industries.
• Proficiency in written and speaking English in working environment.
• Experiences and proven record in senior client dialogues.
• Experience in programming languages such as Python
• Strong understanding of data manipulation, statistical analysis, and machine learning techniques.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL).
