The opportunity

EY is looking for Director as part of the senior leadership within the Consulting Service Line for EY Slovenia.

Your key responsibilities

• Business Development: Help grow the Consulting Service Line (the candidate will have sales targets)
• Responsible for strengthening EY’s brand in the Consulting field
• Lead and manage teams with a strong focus on Employee Engagement, Mentoring, Training and Retention

To qualify for the role you must have

• A graduation or post graduation degree in Economics, Engineering or equivalent
• At least 10 years of relevant work experience in consulting

What we look for

People with the ability to work in a collaborative way to provide services across multiple client departments while adhering to commercial and legal requirements. You will need a practical approach to solving issues and complex problems with the ability to deliver insightful and practical solutions. You should possess excellent communication, facilitation, relationship-building, presentation and negotiation skills. The role expects you to be flexible, adaptable, and creative, with willingness to travel.
