Who we’re looking for

We are seeking an experienced Consulting Manager who is a passionate problem-solver, dedicated to untangling complex business issues and creating elegant solutions. You will be an exceptional communicator, capable of translating intricate analyses into compelling narratives for diverse audiences. Proven leadership skills are essential, along with the ability to effectively manage project teams and stakeholders. Demonstrating autonomy, ownership, and self-responsibility is crucial, as is a drive to make a real impact. What you’ll do:

• Manage multiple project and proposal teams effectively, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality deliverables that exceed client expectations.
• Lead the analysis of complex business challenges, leveraging strategic thinking to develop robust diagnoses and actionable solutions.
• Build and maintain trust-based relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal leadership, understanding their unique needs and providing insightful recommendations.
• Plan and oversee a broader set of projects, demonstrating autonomy, ownership, and self-responsibility.
• Provide seasoned expertise and guidance to consulting teams, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Present information clearly and concisely, conveying insights and recommendations effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

What you’ll need:

Qualifying for this role means that you must have:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• More than 5 years of experience in a reputable consulting firm, with a proven track record of delivering impactful projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis and trend identification.
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Portuguese and English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel for data analysis and presentation.

Bonus points if you have:

• Expertise in one or more of the following areas (highly relevant): customer and marketing, commerce, loyalty, or consultancy support to technology projects.
• Sales and market opportunities orientation enhanced by negotiation abilities.
• Proficiency in additional languages beyond Portuguese and English, particularly Spanish, French, or German.
• Proven ability to thrive in a diverse and inclusive environment.
• A commitment to continuous learning and development
