What You’ll Do

• Manage multiple project and proposal teams effectively, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality deliverables that exceed client expectations.
• Lead the analysis of complex business challenges, leveraging strategic thinking to develop robust diagnoses and actionable solutions.
• Build and maintain trust-based relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal leadership, understanding their unique needs and providing insightful recommendations.
• Plan and oversee a broader set of projects, demonstrating autonomy, ownership, and self-responsibility.
• Provide seasoned expertise and guidance to consulting teams, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Present information clearly and concisely, conveying insights and recommendations effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

What you’ll need

Qualifying for this role means that you must have:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• More than 5 years of experience in a reputable consulting firm, with a proven track record of delivering impactful projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis and trend identification.
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Portuguese and English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel for data analysis and presentation.

Bonus points if you have:

• Expertise in one or more of the following areas (highly relevant): customer and marketing, commerce, loyalty, or consultancy support to technology projects.
• Sales and market opportunities orientation enhanced by negotiation abilities.
• Proficiency in additional languages beyond Portuguese and English, particularly Spanish, French, or German.
• Proven ability to thrive in a diverse and inclusive environment.
• A commitment to continuous learning and development
