The Consulting Marketing Sr. Manager coaches a team that targets the biggest global firms through an integrated, omni-channel marketing strategy to drive our 20% YOY growth goals. As the lead for marketing to the top institutions in the world, you will have a strong understanding of applicable solutions across Consulting service lines for our key target personas. You will work alongside our client-facing leadership team, bringing business acumen to drive “why it matters” thought leadership and value-based offerings in campaigns and initiatives.
This role is in a unique position in that you will coach a team around the direct marketing & business development initiatives of the Risk Advisory practice unit and serve as a resource to the rest of the firm in both broadening understanding of consulting service capabilities and empowering collaboration where needed within the Global Firm segment.
How you will contribute:
- Assist in the development and implementation of customer-centric strategies to drive business growth.
- Utilize data-driven insights to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make informed decisions to improve performance
- Prioritize and help traffic projects to meet the immediate business needs and opportunities for Global Firm growth
- Plan and manage the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns for respective service lines and the Global Firms segment. Integrated campaigns include but are not limited to print, digital and social media tactical elements.
- Manage and help plan the distribution of a thought leadership strategy (content marketing)
- Drawing on the centers of excellence resources in the Forvis Mazars national office, guide and execute tactics targeted at clients and prospective clients. This includes analysis and monitoring of outcomes
- Manage and execute a multi-industry partnership with external associations, including insights and content programs
- Strategize, manage and execute firm participation in industry trade shows and conferences. This includes sponsorship negotiation, planning onsite events, booth logistics and follow-up activities.
- Build relationships with and support marketing activities of client service professionals within the market.
- Provide input and insight into large, complex sales pursuits and written proposals as requested.
- Conduct business intelligence research and build target pursuit lists.
- Be the liaison with the web developer to ensure the firm’s relevant web site content is current and search engines are maximized.
- Understand and implement the firm’s brand and how it translates to all audiences of the firm.

Minimum Qualifications:
- 8 years or more B2B marketing experience in high-growth environments, specifically within professional services at one of the Big 4 firms
- 5 years or more successfully managing demand generation and revenue marketing
- Deep expertise in performance marketing, including lead generation, SEO/SEM, content strategy, and integrated omnichannel (digital and traditional) campaigns
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Working knowledge of a CRM system and experience extracting insights from it
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities
- Proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams
- Experience marketing complex solutions to enterprise customers
- Bachelor’s degree required
Additional Considerations:
- Given the nature of the responsibilities of this position and the clients we serve, this position will require overtime throughout the year.
- This position will require working with internal and external clients, some clients may be located in multiple time zones throughout North America and the rest of the world
- This position will be responsible for leading initiatives, coaching team members and collaborating with colleagues in different physical locations.
- Forvis Mazars will provide required technology to facilitate effective execution of this role’s responsibilities.
