What You’ll Do
As a Talent Manager at INVERTO, you will be at the heart of cultivating and managing our most important asset—our people. This role is integral to shaping INVERTO’s success by driving the professional growth and development of our North America team. By collaborating across diverse teams and functions, you will help create an environment where individuals thrive, delivering exceptional impact for themselves, the firm, and our clients.
Partnering closely with leadership, you will guide career development, optimize staffing decisions, and ensure seamless onboarding experiences while building a strong talent pipeline. COMPENSATION
Total compensation for this role includes base salary, annual discretionary performance bonus, contributions to BCG’s Profit Sharing and Retirement Fund (PSRF), and a market leading benefits package described below.
