With the power of many curious minds, together we can solve the world’s most complex challenges and deliver more impact together.Role description:As Contract Administrator, you will play a key role in overseeing the successful execution of construction projects by managing contracts, monitoring project progress, and ensuring compliance with contractual terms. You will act as a liaison between clients, contractors, internal teams, and stakeholders, while addressing technical, contractual, and project-related issues to safeguard our client’s best interests.Your responsibilities will include administering contract documentation, coordinating multi-disciplinary reviews, managing change orders, and ensuring adherence to Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.Role accountabilities:As a key representative of Arcadis’ project, you will play a pivotal role in communication and coordination. This includes regularly liaising with the client, contractor project teams, internal Arcadis design teams, and acting as an ambassador by engaging with the public and other stakeholders throughout the construction process. You will administer the terms of the contract to ensure all work is carried out in accordance with the construction agreement, while monitoring project progress through site visits, managing contractor documentation, and negotiating as required.Your responsibilities will include reviewing progress payment claims, preparing payment certificates, and addressing claims for additional work by preparing and negotiating contemplated change notices and change orders. You will also oversee the shop drawing review process, ensuring timely coordination between engineering disciplines, managing documentation flows, and holding contractors accountable for revisions to maintain accuracy.In this role, you will identify and resolve contractual, technical, and project-related issues, always prioritizing the client’s best interests and the protection of the natural environment. You will manage requests for information, track contract progression, assess contractor performance to maintain quality control, and ensure proper documentation for project warranties and closeouts. Additionally, you will coordinate multi-disciplinary construction inspections and ensure compliance with all Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies, procedures, and regulations.Qualifications & Experience:

The base salary represents Arcadis’ hiring range for this position.
