First Coast Security Solutions provides security services nationwide. We are seeking a Federal Contract Manager to oversee and support security operations for Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC). This role ensures contract compliance, operational excellence, and client engagement.
Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring performance standards are met.
Ensure compliance with all applicable federal regulations, policies, and site-specific orders.
Manage staffing, scheduling, and workforce readiness.
Manage contract performance, reporting and deliverables.
Oversee incident response, reporting and corrective action.
Support audits, inspections, and compliance.
Oversee day-to-day contract operations to ensure all performance standards, staffing levels, and post requirements are consistently met.
Ensure full compliance with NRC regulations, federal policies, site-specific post orders, and contractual obligations.
Manage staffing, scheduling, credentialing, and workforce readiness across all assigned NRC sites.
Monitor contract performance metrics, prepare required reports, and ensure timely submission of all deliverables.
Oversee incident response, investigations, documentation, and corrective action plans in coordination with NRC leadership.
Support audits, inspections, and compliance reviews by NRC and other federal oversight entities.
Identify risks, recommend process improvements, and implement corrective actions to maintain contract compliance and continuity.
Qualifications
U.S. Citizen required
Active Q/TS clearance and NRC clearance required
NRC clearance
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Available during normal working hours (8:00 am to 4:30 pm) within 30 minutes by telephone or in person. After normal duty hours or on weekends and holidays within two hours.
Experience
Minimum 5 years of specialized experience, including:
Project development and implementation.
Managing and controlling funds and resources.
Demonstrate ability to manage security force operations and contract execution.
Experience managing multiple contracts and subcontracts.
Required State Licensing
Maryland Security Guard Certification

May require extended hours and on-call availability
