This is a CONTRACT position.

Your employment will be held by a third-party company of ENGIE’s choosing. Any offered contract role will not constitute an offer for nor guarantee of future employment with ENGIE.

Compensation:

  • Pay Rate: $28.00/hr.

Location:

What You Can Expect

Perform deal closing process, contract validation process, and contract setup process.

  • Validate Energy Contracts prior to mailing/emailing to end customerswithin the established SLAs
  • Escalate discrepanciesto the Sales, using email, phone calls and issue tracking system, relying on knowledge oftheValidation proces

What You’ll Bring

  • High School Diploma
  • 2-5 years of retail energy experience, experience dealing with sales staff and end use customers, preferably related to contractmangement
  • Intermediate toadvanced navigation skills to use Microsoft Office productsrequired. Primary daily use of Excel, Outlook.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment withpossible overtimeand heavy multi-tasking
  • Ability to recognize and make recommendationregardingnew technologyapplications that result in some or all the following:
    • reduce process costs,
    • improve throughput,
    • improve company profitability,
    • and improve overall customer satisfaction
