The firm has a very loyal client base providing the sound base for organic growth. They pride themselves on providing a quality service, reflected by the awards received, and offer legal advice across a wide range of legal disciplines to businesses and individuals.The Role
The Conveyancing Property Legal Assistant will undertaken file administration to include: dealing with the return of client’s initial instruction, all compliance requirements and checks, prepare contract documentation,, undertake property searches, undertaking exchanges and all associated administration.
The role also involves typing, answering the telephone and talking to clients and managing post.The Candidate
An experienced Conveyancing Property Legal Assistant will have some previous experience in dealing with residential or commercial property matters.Salary dependent upon experience.
£28000 per year
