A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a skilled Conveyancing Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Legal Executive to join a leading firm’s well-established, friendly team. With a varied caseload and direct client contact, this is an exciting role to kick-start 2025.Key Responsibilities:– Manage your own high-quality residential property workload.
– Support the team’s property partner across various property matters.
– Handle all aspects of residential conveyancing, from sales and purchases to remortgages, new builds, and development schemes.
– Work on freehold, leasehold, and shared ownership properties.
– Provide exceptional client care and ensure efficient case management.
– Get involved in business development activities within the team and firm.Key Skills & Experience:– At least 2 years’ PQE (or equivalent experience as a Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive).
– Strong experience in property sales, purchases, and leasehold/freehold matters.
– Ability to manage a large caseload independently while working collaboratively.
– Excellent organisational and client care skills.
– Strong communication abilities and excellent WIP control.Why Now?
