Positional Summary
The CAPS Coordinator of Triage, Referral, Access and Crisis (TRAC) will provide leadership to the daily operations of the CAPS triage, intake and referral process for all Duke students. This position will ensure timely and appropriate mental health care, both within CAPS and through external resources. The coordinator will provide clinical services, oversee case management, manage referral database, and will collaborate with both internal and external partners to ensure a student-centered and an equitable system of mental health access and care for all Duke students. As a senior licensed clinician, the TRAC coordinator will also provide mental health services in various modalities as well as outreach services. The Coordinator of CAPS will work under the guidance of the Director and the Associate Director/Clinical Director of CAPS with projects related to the management of the CAPS clinical system; and will adhere to and promote all CAPS policies and procedures, to include adherence to CAPS confidentiality policies.

Anticipated Pay Range:
Duke University provides an annual base salary range for this position of USD $63,240.00 to USD $100,980.00. Duke University considers factors such as (but not limited to) the scope and responsibilities of the position; the candidate’s work experience, education/training, and key skills; internal peer equity; as well as market and organizational considerations when extending an offer.
