We are looking for a Banking Lawyer to support an international firm in Manchester. Competitive package on offer.You will provide advice on a variety of banking matters with a primary focus on corporate banking and leveraged finance, representing banks, financial institutions, debt funds, alternative lenders and private equity sponsors and corporate borrowers.Join a Tier 1 law firm for Corporate Banking in NWInternational firm with progression opportunitiesA successful Corporate Banking Associate will need to be 2+ PQE with experience in corporate banking, leveraged finance and private equity backed transactions. You will also have:

• Knowledge of documenting and negotiating a range of corporate debt facilities, preferably for both lenders and borrowers.
• Good academics and communication skills.
• Ability to attend Manchester city centre office.

Our client is a renowned international law firm, ranked Tier 1 on Legal 500 for their Banking and Finance team in the North West. Their clients include well known FTSE100 businesses. They are looking for a Corporate Banking Associate within their Manchester team.

• An estimated salary between £68,000 and £74,000 per annum.
