Responsibilities
The Food, Beverage, and Agribusiness Corporate Banking Director is a key leader role responsible for revenue generation, sourcing, structuring, and closing complex transactions. This individual will lead client acquisition efforts, deepen relationships across ONB’s product suite, and drive fee income through strategic market participation. The role requires strong sales acumen, deep market knowledge, and the ability to navigate sophisticated financial structures while maintaining a client-first mindset.
In addition, this player/coach will have responsibility for assisting in the talent recruitment for new talent needs, as well as ongoing coaching of the existing Bankers and/or Portfolio Bankers to maximize talents, ensure career development and achieve successful performance outcomes. They will provide guidance to those on the team, partner on exception and/or escalation needs, and collaborate across the department both internally within the line of business, internally with other functions such as Credit, and with external clients.
Salary Range
The salary range for this position is $106,100/yr – $214,600/yr plus bonus. The base salary indicated for this position reflects the compensation range applicable to all levels of the role across the United States. Actual salary offers within this range may vary based on a number of factors, including the specific responsibilities of the position, the candidate’s relevant skills and professional experience, educational qualifications, and geographic location.
