You’ll be working on a varied caseload of banking and corporate transactions, from reviewing and finalising facility, security, and intercreditor documentation to handling pre-completion lender requirements and advising clients on key legal matters. You’ll also have the opportunity to work closely with more senior lawyers, mentor junior colleagues, and play a part in shaping the team’s direction and business development strategy.The corporate team is known for its balanced and high-quality workload – think mergers, acquisitions, disposals, restructurings, and regulatory matters – while the banking side regularly acts for both high street and challenger banks, advising on all aspects of secured lending.This is a full-time role with hybrid working on offer, based in Bristol but with the flexibility to work alongside colleagues across the firm’s other offices.Expect a competitive salary and a genuinely flexible benefits package that can be tailored to you and your family – including private medical cover, dental insurance, health checks, and more.
