Position Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Corporate Culture Intern to join us! This internship will provide hands-on experience in fostering and enhancing our corporate culture. You will have the opportunity to contribute to various projects that promote employee engagement, communication, and overall company culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Corporate Communications:

• Co-develop and populate the social media calendar for 2025.
• Co-develop internal content, including video creation.
• Create and write social media posts for VML Malaysia.
• Follow up with stakeholders on PR templates and ensure timely completion for the regional team.
• Follow up on TV content.
• Follow up on in-house creative work.
• Explore and propose creative ways to communicate for corporate communications.
• Assist in the planning and execution of engagement activities.

Learning & Development (L&D):

• Assist with grant applications:
• Collate participant contact details for applications.
• Support grant applications and follow-up processes.
• Assist with claims applications and follow-ups.
• Assist with upcoming training communications and tracking.

Criteria:

• Background in Mass Communication, Journalism, Advertising, Digital Writing, or PR.
• Highly fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Experience in social media content creation and management.
• Ideally, personally active on social media.
• Proactive, energetic, and independent.
