What role will you play?

Working closely with senior governance professionals, you will support boards, committees, and legal entities across our Americas portfolio. Your responsibilities will include drafting board materials, coordinating meeting logistics, and managing follow-up actions to ensure governance activities run smoothly. You will maintain entity records, support required filings across multiple jurisdictions, and engage regularly with internal partners and external service providers to resolve governance matters. Additionally, you will contribute to team initiatives and process improvements, helping shape how we deliver governance support.
Salary range for this position: $95,000- $115,000/Yr. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. The successful candidate may also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award. You can further read about the full spectrum of benefits we offer our people listed below.


What you offer

  • Experience in corporate governance, legal operations, company secretarial support, or a related coordination role.
  • A basic understanding of corporate governance principles and entity management.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
  • A keen interest in leveraging technology to drive operational efficiencies, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience with corporate records or entity management systems.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines.
  • An interest in identifying and implementing technology solutions and process improvements to enhance governance operations.
