<div class="isg-job-description“>Genesis10 is currently seeking a Corporate Recruiter – Remote/Hybrid position with a Major Financial Services Firm located in Charlotte, NC. This is a 2+ month contract opportunity.
Pay range: $34.21 – $35.64 per Hour
This role utilizes a consultative approach for sourcing, assessment, and selection to recruit qualified candidates for strategic needs. The ideal candidate will manage the full-cycle recruiting process, from developing proactive strategies and mining resumes to ensuring a positive candidate experience while representing the company brand.
Responsibilities:

• Utilize a consultative approach for sourcing, assessment, and selection in order to recruit qualified candidates
• Anticipate staffing needs and related issues, utilizing creative, customized approaches to supplement traditional sourcing methods
• Manage and administer the sourcing and recruiting processes, including building and developing recruiting strategies
• Use pipeline and direct sourcing techniques to develop a pool of qualified candidates
• Develop full-cycle recruiting from proactive recruiting to mining resumes and attracting best-of-class candidates
• Provide a positive customer experience to candidates by communicating information effectively
• Establish effective working relationships with professional organizations and internal HR partners
• Anticipate industry trends and utilize market information in positioning the company to ensure best-of-class candidate sourcing
• Partner with HR to understand affirmative action plans and develop recruitment strategies to address deficiencies
• Comply with all federal and state laws and company policies regarding recruitment and selection processes

Requirements:

• Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, assessment, and selection
• Ability to use pipeline and direct sourcing techniques effectively
• Strong understanding of HR compliance, including federal and state laws
• Experience building networks and partnering with hiring leaders and HR teams
• Ability to anticipate industry trends and use market data to inform recruiting strategies
• Experience participating in implementing new recruiting technology, such as applicant tracking systems and screening tools
