Corporate SolicitorFantastic opportunity for a corporate solicitor to join a top 50 law firm who are looking to hire into their top tier corporate team due to growth. This corporate solicitor will be based from the Bristol office on a hybrid basis.Your corporate caseload will include; mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, private equity, reorganisations, joint ventures and investment funds.It is important that you are a qualified solicitor with at least 1 year PQE in a well esteemed corporate team.As the successful corporate solicitor, you’ll be joining an award winning firm who are extremely well known for their commitment to the well being of their people.This is a fantastic opportunity for a corporate solicitor to join a firm where you will have exciting ‘city’ level work from a Bristol base.
