We are working with a prestigious US law firm on a position within their highly regarded Corporate Tax team in the London office. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a broad range of complex and high-value tax matters within a Chambers-ranked practice.The team advises a diverse client base including multinational corporates, private equity houses, asset managers, sovereign wealth funds, and financial institutions. Their work spans M&A, private equity, joint ventures, corporate restructurings, capital markets transactions, and financing deals, often with a cross-border element. You will also gain exposure to contentious tax, fund structuring, and tax advisory mandates. Previous experience across all these areas is not essential.You will be a senior part of the team, developing associates and working closely with the partners to further develop the Tax practice within this growing US Law firm.The FirmThis elite US law firm is consistently recognised as one of the leading players in the global legal market. The London office is a key part of the firm’s international platform, with particular strength in Corporate, Private Equity, Finance, and Disputes.
