Cosmetologist Part Time

The Head Spa Cosmetologist is responsible for delivering elevated head spa and scalp therapy services that promote scalp health, relaxation, and overall well-being. This role blends advanced cosmetology techniques with a luxury spa experience, providing guests with a deeply restorative ritual focused on scalp care, hair wellness, and stress relief.

Perform head spa and scalp services in accordance with established protocols and brand standards
• Conduct thorough guest consultations to assess scalp and hair health and customize treatments accordingly
• Utilize professional-grade products, water-based scalp equipment, and massage techniques to enhance relaxation and therapeutic benefits
• Educate guests on scalp health, hair care routines, and recommended retail products
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and guest-ready treatment room before and after each service
• Ensure proper use, care, and sanitation of all head spa equipment and tools
• Uphold spa policies related to guest safety, hygiene, and service excellence
• Support a calm, welcoming, and luxurious spa environment
• Communicate guest feedback, service notes, and any concerns to spa leadership
• Adhere to all state board regulations and licensing requirements

• Current license(s) and certificate(s) for Cosmetology as required by the state, county, city/town.
• 2 years of experience in the cosmetogoly industry
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of principles and processes for meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
• Superior attention to detail

• Customer oriented with a proactive and positive attitude
• Deep understanding of health and safety rules
