Job descriptionWe are seeking a confident, reliable, and adaptable Cover Supervisor to join a team and support teaching and learning in the absence of class teachers. Beginning September 2025.Duties as a Cover Supervisor:Deliver pre-prepared lesson materials to classes across various subjects.Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies.Support students in staying on task and engaging with learning activities.Provide feedback to teachers on student progress and behaviour.Ideal Cover Supervisor:Strong communication and classroom management skills as a Cover SupervisorAbility to adapt quickly and work across different year groups and subjects.Previous school experience desirable but not essential – full training provided. * Must be able to drive.

• At least 6 months experience as a Cover Supervisor.
