Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and effective lessons across various subjects, following the curriculum and lesson plans provided.
• Manage classroom behavior to ensure a positive and productive learning environment.
• Support students in their academic progress and personal development.
• Adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of different learning styles and abilities.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to ensure a seamless educational experience for students.

Essential Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualifications.
• Experience in teaching or supervising classes in a school setting.
• Strong classroom management skills and the ability to inspire and motivate students.
• A proactive and adaptable approach to work.
• In possession of an Enhanced DBS or willing to apply for one through GSL Education.
