Under thesupervision ofthe SeniorMEALOfficer, theconsultantwillensure responsibility for the monitoring and reporting of the M&E tasks of the psychosocial intervention and – when delays occur flag concerns/challenges.InadditiontodocumentingactivitiesandorincidentsthatarebeneficialforIRCtolearn from.

Deliverables:

  • ActivelyattendatrainingsessionwiththeSeniorMEALOfficertobetterunderstandthecontext,thetools and trackers used for data collection.
  • Activelybepresentintheschools.
  • Ensurehighqualitydatacollectionandthatassessmentsareconductedinamannerthatrespectsall respondents.
  • Handleandfillquestionnairesthroughdigitaldevice(tabletorSmartphone)ifneeded
  • DiscusswiththeSeniorMEALOfficer challengesfacedduringdatacollection.
  • Keeparecordofthedatacompletedonatracker.
  • SubmitcompletedtasksontimeanddiscusswiththeSeniorMEALOfficerhighlights,notes,andcasesona daily basis.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Abilitytocommunicateeffectivelywiththeclients.
  • Abilitytoworkeffectivelyunderpressure.
  • Abilitytogatherinformationinanobjective,appropriateandsensitiveway.
  • Abilitytoactwithappropriaterespecttothebeneficiaries’culturesandtraditions.
  • Interpersonaland communicationskills.
  • Organization andtimemanagementskills.
  • Basicunderstandingoftechnologysuchastablets.
  • Expertisetoenter,transcribe,record,maintaindata/informationinwrittenor electronicforms.
