Thorn Baker Construction are looking for a Groundworker with dumper ticket to work on a construction site in SHERIFF HUTTON – YORK.This role is ongoing till Januray/February maybe longer for the right candidateYOU WILL NEED A VALID CPCS / NPORSStarting ASAP2 CONSTRUCTION BASED REFERENCES ARE ESSENTIAL – WE CANNOT ACCEPT AGENCIES AS A FORM OF REFERENCEWhat’s in it for you?;

The Role:

• Prepare site, including kerbing, flagging and trimming up
• Digging out trenches
• Lay foundations and drainage
• Install utilities in excavated areas
• Work to drawings and observe/avoid obstacles shown in plans
• Lay driveways and paths

About You:

• Candidates must have a valid CPCS/NPORS CARD
• Two commercial relevant References – Site managers/Supervisor name and number
• Full PPE (Hard hat, Hi-vis & Safety boots)
• Can do attitude with a strong work ethic
