Team Introduction

Creative Lab is TikTok’s in-house creative consultancy for brands and creative companies. We work collaboratively with key accounts, creative agencies, and in-house creative teams to inspire creativity and advance TikTok-first thinking.

We are looking for talented individuals to join us for an internship in 2025. Internships at TikTok aim to offer students industry exposure and hands-on experience. Turn your ambitions into reality as your inspiration brings infinite opportunities at TikTok.

Internships at TikTok aim to provide students with hands-on experience in developing fundamental skills and exploring potential career paths. A vibrant blend of social events and enriching development workshops will be available for you to explore. Here, you will utilize your knowledge in real-world scenarios while laying a strong foundation for personal and professional growth.

Candidates can apply to a maximum of two positions and will be considered for jobs in the order you apply. The application limit is applicable to TikTok and its affiliates’ jobs globally. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis – we encourage you to apply early.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the management of processes in the area and in the distribution of tasks according to the creative agenda.
• Identify trends and update their creatives.
• Support with work produced by the Creative Department for Brand campaigns.
• Help the Creative Department in ideation.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor degrees, ideally at Art school or a Communications and/or Advertisement program.
• Knowledge of TikTok usages and subcultures.
• A passion for and/or knowledge of creativity, advertising and content creation.
• Candidates must be able to commit to the following start date: January 6 2025.

Preferred Qualifications

• An understanding of advertising culture.
• Good knowledge/experience of CapCut.
• Ability to edit videos.
