We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Creative Operations Admin Support professional to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our creative department. The ideal candidate will provide administrative and operational support to help streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and enable our creative teams to focus on delivering high-quality work.
Key Responsabilities
Provide administrative support to the creative operations team predominantely focused on raising purchase orders for new projects and chasing invoices with suppliers
Keeping the PO tracker up to date and accurate
Update project management tool (Wrike) with PO details
Create various reports from PM Tool for regular distribution to stakeholders.
Building relationships with the supplier accounts teams to assist with problem solving
Manage new vendor requests and setting them up the system
Working with the field VM team to assist with raising VM Maintenance orders and ensuring that items arrive in store on time and correctly
Liaising with internal cluster teams on the VM maintenance queries to ensure they are processed as effectively as possible
Work with VM team to help create collateral orders
Handle ad hoc administrative tasks to support the efficiency of the creative team.
Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in administrative, project coordination, or operations support, ideally within a creative, marketing, or agency environment.
Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Wrike).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
A team player who is adaptable, resourceful, and solutions-oriented.
