About the Team : Brand & Creative Consultancy is TikTok AUNZ’s in-house creative consultancy for brands and creative companies. We work collaboratively with key clients, media agencies, creative agencies, and in-house creative teams to inspire the industry to raise the bar of creative advertising and content produced for TikTok. Responsibilities : Within Global Business Solutions, we are looking for our Creative Strategist to: – Translate client objectives, audience data and cultural trends into meaningful insights and creative concepts for our partners and then lead developing and pitching campaigns with TikTok at the core. – You will partner with sales and other cross functional teams to educate and inspire our clients and their agency partners to scale your ideas into communications, tools, resources and solutions for clients. Your role will include creative strategy consultation for brands and agencies to develop best-in-class creativity on TikTok. – You leverage every opportunity to provoke case study worthy work to inspire the industry at large. – Champion our branded solutions. You will advocate for the platform’s ad products, capabilities, and features and demonstrate their benefits in creative recommendations and best practice solutions for clients. – We are looking for someone with a knack for both creative and strategy. Someone who is proactive – doesn’t just have ideas, but makes them happen. Who wants to reimagine what we can do to help clients. – You enjoy getting your hands dirty, building work and prototyping ideas. While you’ll work closely with your team, you’ll often need to act autonomously and influence our partners to pursue what you believe is right for clients and for our business. – We’re looking at people who are storytellers, makers, designers, visual communication artists, and trend setters. Our mission is to attract, influence and support brands with culturally relevant data fuelled creativity. – This role will report into the Brand & Creative Consultancy Lead, AUNZ.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications: – 5 years experience in a creative or creative strategy role within a top tier creative agency, brand, or publisher. – A portfolio that showcases previous world-class creative work. – A creative storyteller who understands how to connect with our target audiences across all social and digital channels using great copy, imagery/video and community interactions. – Passion for TikTok, the power of the platform, its communities, and the creative possibilities it can unlock – Strong grasp on culture, with a keen understanding of what is relevant and an eye for upcoming trends – Excellent written and verbal communicator, with the ability to solve for complex business problems through compelling creative strategies, breakthrough creative ideas, and engaging presentations. – Knowledge of pre-production, production and post production workflow with basic understanding of movie/video creative techniques using platforms like CapCut. Can provide directions to video-formatted products. Preferred Qualifications : – Ability to work in a fast paced environment under tight deadlines and able to juggle several projects at different stages at a time. – Can work positively and collaboratively with internal staff showing grace under pressure, great people skills, high integrity.
