Credit Dispute Specialist

TEKsystems is hiring multiple Credit Bureau Dispute Specialists to start with a Fortune 100 Financial Institution in Pensacola, FL!

Job Discription:

The Credit Bureau Disputes team is responsible for handling reports of fraudulent activity on customers’ accounts including debit or credit cards. They work in tandem with affected customers and third-party credit institutions to investigate and resolve fraud cases and other disputed transactions/activity.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• 1+ year of any customer service, administrative, data entry and/or clerical work
• Ability to commute to the office 2 days a week
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Coachability and desire to learn and grow!

Compensation and Schedule

• $16/hour
• Hybrid work schedule – Monday to Friday, 3 days work from home, 2 days on site. 9am-5:30pm CST

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $14.29 – $14.29/hr.
