CRM Analytics And Operations Manager

Seeking a CRM Analytics Manager to work hybrid in NY with a global CPG.

Job Description

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define business requirements, develop use cases, conduct gap analysis, set and manage expectations
• Partner with CRM Architect to translate business requirements into technical requirements for development teams and analysts
• Manage projects at a detailed level to resolve issues and drive progress
• Relationship and communication management with stakeholders across business units and corporate functions
• Manage day-to-day operational issues related

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• 3+ years CRM / CDP experience, the majority specifically with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Understanding of CRM, CDP, Data Analytics, Data Processing (Master Data Management, Data Quality Management) and Consumer Databases principles.
• Strong knowledge and experience of Consumer databases and CRM development and configuration.
• Proficient in writing SQL queries to extract data from multiple sources and perform relevant analysis.
• Bachelors degree completed
